45 minutes of the elliptical machine.

4.12 miles.

I’ve been working out for a month but have really only but 8 real work out days out of 21 days. I may be making small steps, but I am feeling much healthier already.

Also got a hair cut so that’ll throw everyone off with the weekly face picture!

Elliptical machine: 45 minutes.

Crunches: 0.

It was a rough work out but I pushed through. And some nice friends have been giving me great advice.

Thanks to everyone for the advice and support!

Here’s to Thursday’s work out.

Day two.
(Sunday, Jan. 10)

45 minutes of the elliptical machine. Miles ran: 3.5 miles.

Crunches: 0

Weight: 190 lbs. Goal: 170 lbs.

After my Thursday workout I was definitely in pain until Saturday morning. Oops! I forgot to stretch. Very bad and may I recommend this advice: STRETCH OR DIE! Seriously I felt like a 90 year old man who needs major leg or hip surgery.

Still need to make some minor adjustments to my playlist. The most motivating songs are one’s that say things like: WORK, GET BACK, MONEY, SUCCESS, FAME, and GIMME MORE. Bonus points if you can guess the name and artist for each of those motivational words!

Each post with titles listed as Day followed by a number are for my getting into shape plan.

Day one.
45 minutes of the elliptical machine. Crunches: 25(very pathetic, but my first day back on the train.)

Weight: 190 lbs. Goal: 170 lbs.

Must make a few adjustments to my iPod, some songs are not for exercising.

Each week I will post a photo on my blog of my weight loss progress. I am very concerned about all weight loss, but I am fascinated to see the weight loss in my face. I’ve decided to start a series on my face and see how skinny it can get. (I hope it doesn’t get flabby, cause it already makes me very self conscious.)
